Payment, Shipping & Returns

Payment

With a Amazon account you can make a payment using credit cards, your bank accounts, or Amazon Payments account balance. You can sign up for a Amazon account at www.amazon.com.

Payment can be made with money order or cashier's check. Personal checks are accepted, but shipping is on hold until it clears. Email me for contact information.

Processing & Shipping times

Eckler Software is a small company, I will not necessarily get to ship your order the same day it is ordered. I will process your order as soon I can. If I have ready made product in stock I will ship your product within 2-3 business days, in addition to the time it takes for the package to get to you once it has shipped. Once your order has shipped you will receive email conformation with any tracking information.

If your product is not currently available you will receive a email with estimated shipping. All accounts will be billed at shipping time.

Shipping Carrier

All shipments are made with USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail. USPS is traditionally cheaper, but does not provide detailed tracking.

Insurance & Claims

Packages are NOT normally sent with shipping insurance. USPS insurance is not available for international orders.

Returns

I only accept returns of products, within 14 days of receipt. Product must be undamaged and functional. Return shipment is the responsibility of the customer. Valid returns will be refunded to your Amazon account. Shipping charges are not refundable. RMAs are required for returns, contact us before returning any package!
